Lean Ground Beef
Mild Italian Sausage
Monterey Jack Cheese
Preheat your indoor grill. Mix together the ground beef and sausage until just combined.
Form into patties and season both sides with salt and pepper.
Working in batches, cook the patties on the indoor grill with closed lid.
Once correct internal temperature is reached add cheese as directed.
Serve on slider buns with Donkey Sauce, bacon, pickles, sliced onion, lettuce, and tomatoes.
