How to Make Rotisserie Chicken

INGREDIENTS

Chicken

Canola Oil

Garlic Powder

Onion Powder

Ketchup

Brown Sugar

Thyme

Ground Ginger

Paprika

Savory

Dry Mustard

Allspice

Kosher salt

Preheat grill. Mix together all the ingredients to make a paste, except the chicken.

Rinse chicken & pat dry. Sprinkle Kosher salt into cavity. Truss the chicken and insert the rotisserie skewer.

Place an aluminum pan ½ full of water under where the chicken will be. Place chicken on the rotisserie and brush on paste.

Keep the lid closed. Brush on paste as instructed and continue to cook chicken until desired temperature is reached.

Remove the chicken from the rotisserie and allow to rest before carving.
