Smoked Beef Ribs

INGREDIENTS

Rack of Beef Ribs

Chili Powder

Paprika

Brown Sugar

Black Pepper

Cayenne Pepper

Onion Powder

Garlic Powder

Kosher Salt

Preheat your smoker. Lay rack of ribs flat, concave side up, and remove membrane.

Combine ingredients and sprinkle on both sides of the rack of ribs.

Place the rack into the prepared smoker with the meaty side up.

Once the ribs are done remove them from the smoker and allow them to rest.

Serve with a small bowl of your favorite BBQ sauce for dipping.
